Our Wedding Day Army
We just can’t say I do without you!
Meet the Girls
Amanda Hume
Maid of Honour
It isn’t the norm for the Mother of the Bride to be the Maid of Honour but Emily wanted her best friend by her side on her wedding day. She trusts her more than anyone and is the first person Emily wants to speak to when something good happens. On the flip side, it is always Mum who knows what to say when things don’t go to plan.
Charlotte Stevens
Chief Bridesmaid
One day a little blonde girl knocked on Emily’s door and asked if she wanted to play. From that day on, they have been best friends. They have lost count of the number of people who have asked if they are actually sisters. As they grew up, distance couldn't keep them apart and they remain constants in each other's lives.
Emma Barnett
Bridesmaid
Emma was one of Emily's first Northern friends. Over the last 9 years, their friendship has grown from strength to strength. They have supported each other when needed most and can be regularly found in Ad Hoc wine bar gossiping and judging people. Ok, so Emily does most of the judging but Emma definitely indulges in it too!
Faye Wainwright
Bridesmaid
Brought together by work; friends by choice. There are some people that come into your life that you can never let go. Faye is the most selfless person and has supported Emily through some incredibly challenging times. That being said, she has also got Emily very drunk on multiple occasions with more than one tequila shot!
Meet the Boys
Nathan Haddrell-Hart
Best Man
Ryan can always rely on Nathan for a sarcastic comment and brotherly banter. However, when he needs support, Nathan will always be there at the end of the phone. He is the king of organisation and keeps Ryan in check when they are away. If they weren’t forced to be brothers, they would definitely be best friends.
Cameron Hart
Best Man
Unlike Nathan, Ryan can’t rely on Cameron for being on the end of the phone because he never bl**dy answers it. That being said, their relationship couldn’t be stronger. From play fighting as kids to now having a pint together, Ryan couldn’t be prouder to have his little brother by his side.
Cody Lwin
Usher
First member of the Snooker Club (created shortly after graduating 9 years ago), Cody has been a staple in Ryan’s life since they first met on day one of uni. Cody has such an open heart and understanding manner that both Ryan and Emily regularly lean on him - oh and he throws epic house parties!
Jordan Metcalf
Usher
Snooker Club member no. 2 and Ryan’s emotional support system for being a Utd fan. In third year at uni, Jordan was Ryan’s go to guy for a night out. It is actually because of his wise words of encouragement that Ryan and Emily are even together. I guess you can all buy him a whiskey to say thank you on the wedding day.
Josh Marlow
Usher
Josh is the third and final member of the Snooker Club, more commonly known as Moral Marlow. Josh is always there to offer advice to Ryan whether he wants to hear it or not. Word of warning: be careful of Josh’s camera on the wedding day because if you do anything incriminating he will keep it in the vault until the perfect moment arises.
Josh McDonnell
Usher
Little did Ryan know that when he moved into Kensington Gardens his next door neighbour would become his best friend. Some would say they are more like a married couple, always checking how their days have been and saying Love You at the end of phone calls. Josh has been there through thick and thin and Ryan knows he always will be.
Kieran Haddrell-Hart
Ringbearer
Ryan’s littlest brother, despite being taller than him, Kieran is the only person he can trust to not lose the rings on the wedding day. That being said, his judgement was questioned when he went rogue and started supporting Manchester City. Ryan feels so blessed to have all three brothers have such an important part in the big day.
